This is our process:
I. first contact.
This is where you contact me via my contact page. I will arrange a time to catch up for a coffee where the two of you can ask any questions regarding your wedding day. I will share many tips from my experience so that you will be well informed about your wedding day. Coffee is on me and no obligation to book me!
II. Take photos.
After you have booked me (booking fee paid & signed contract), the next step is taking the engagement / pre-wedding photos. For engagements and weddings I take time with couples to discuss best locations and times to capture the best moments. I have a ``hands-off`` approach during weddings, blending in with guests and documenting the day as it unfolds. Using dual cameras with dual memory slots, you have an instant backup of all photos takes.
III. editing time.
Editing usually starts 2-3 days after the wedding - after I had a good rest and selected the best images with a fresh eye! Editing takes no longer than one month in total. I only capture a limited amount of weddings per year to put special attention towards each couple and the editing of their photos. All editing are done by me and each image is crafted individually according to my specific style. If you have selected a photofilm and wedding album, I will start with the designs directly after delivering your wedding images.
IV. Deliver memories.
Once the album design is finished, and approved by the couple, your album is ordered from a reputable printing company in South Africa. You can choose from a genuine leather or a quality linen cover with your names embossed.
